This is an exciting time we live in. We, the churches who claim Jesus
as our Lord and Savior, have a wonderful and ominous privilege to support
each other with many types of ministries. We are often called upon
by the needy in our community as well. It is our heart, our mission,
to share our blessings with those who find themselves in situations
of need by giving God’s Grace in Action. In a caring attitude
we strive to sustain love, dignity, hope and compassion through Christ.
- We offer this Web Site for Southwest King County churches with resource
contacts for those in need and low income.
- Use our Links page for information on housing,
food banks, etc. You may print any of this information and use it
freely.
- GGIA has a clearing house through its secure website which includes
client history.
- To keep the Body of Christ in contact, a bulletin board is available
to all participating churches providing instant contact. This may
be used for church celebrations as well as client referrals.
IMPORTANT: GGIA is not a church, but
a non-profit Christian outreach to enable churches to better serve
those in need. We have no office and no paid staff. The church is
the face-to-face minister to
those in need, not GGIA. We are merely a facilitator.
We wish to be “..As gentle as doves, but wise as serpents.” It
is our goal to show God’s grace to those who have fallen on hard
times. And to help those who are deserving. This is not designed to
be a perfect system, but a system of better stewardship of church resources.
This web site is set up for all of the supporting churches as a means
of communication and information.
